Submersible mixers are primarily used for mixing, agitation, and circulation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes. They are also suitable for maintaining landscape water environments.

Ribbon Agitator
The screw ribbon agitator is a mixing device widely used across multiple industries including chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and building materials. Its core function involves efficiently blending materials through rotating ribbon blades, ensuring uniform distribution within the container.
During operation, the mixer blades must overcome the static head, while the shear force disperses and mixes the material. Therefore, based on the blades' ability to generate discharge volume, overcome static head, and produce shear force, all blades can be classified into three fundamental types: flow-type, head-type, and shear-type.
A mixing tank is a vessel that utilizes an internal agitation device (agitator) to achieve uniform mixing, heat transfer, mass transfer, or to promote chemical reactions within the material.
Quenching agitators ensure uniform temperature and concentration distribution in quenching media such as oil or water, preventing uneven hardness in workpieces caused by localized overcooling or overheating.
Non-supported frames are generally only used for transmitting low power and small axial loads. A non-supported frame may be selected when the motor or reducer has two support points and it has been verified that the bearings can withstand the radial and axial loads transmitted by the agitator shaft.
