Microfluidics machines are high performance, precision devices that require routine preventative maintenance to ensure longevity of its components, avoid unnecessary down time, and higher cost. The field service department at Microfluidics and our trained professionals with years of experience offer a preventative maintenance program for each of our units. Each unit would be serviced on site, and would include the following:

• Disassembly and inspection of the processes system
• Replacement of all seals and o-rings
• Inspection of pneumatic systems and pumps
• Hydraulic system
• Safety devices
• Performance testing and evaluation of the unit
• Re-training for the end user. This includes start-up procedures, shut-down, cleaning, troubleshooting, documentation, and principle of operation.
• Customers shall receive a written report of the services rendered with comments and recommendations.
