Food producers continually seek ways to improve color, taste, and texture. They also compete on the basis of nutritional value.

Microfluidizer processing systems produce highly concentrated emulsions which, when added to foods, intensify color and flavor. A key contributor to advancements in nutriceuticals, these systems also process liposomes to enable the slow release of nutrients that can be more easily ingested.
