The effectiveness and appeal of high-end coatings for aerospace and automtove applications increase as droplet size decreases and particles become more uniformly dispersed. The same is true of high quality digital inks.

Manufacturers of the resins, extenders, and additives that are integrated with these coatings use Microfluidizer processors to achieve high color stregth and gloss, and to avoid clogging of even the smallest ink jets.
