10000 3 Heated to 60°C for processing then was cooled to 45°C on outlet. Particle size reduced from .91µ to .13µ. Viscosity decrease. Perceived as successful test. Survived canning (post-sterilization) step.
Filtered whey protein 5000 1 & 3 Particle size reduced to 10µ in 1 pass and between 2 to 5µ in 3 passes.
Cheese slurry, 10% solids 10000 1 Particle size reduced from 100µ down to 30µ.
10000 3 Particle size reduced to 10µ with large quantity of background smaller particles.
